A new feature on the optimahealth.com website will now make it easier for employers to obtain temporary or duplicate member ID cards for their employees.

Registered employers may now print-on-demand member ID cards for those employees who need a temporary card while waiting for their permanent one to arrive by mail, or just need an extra card. This new option is an enhancement to the existing system and can be used in conjunction with the online ordering feature for permanent cards.

Simply sign-in to the employer portal on the optimahealth.com website, click on the “Request Card” link on the left menu bar, and perform a search to print the card.
