Optima plans with greater than 15 enrolled employees for employers with current group coverage in place will no longer include a waiting period for pre-existing condition coverage.

All plans for groups with 2-15 enrolled employees, and the PPO plan for any group with group coverage, will continue to include a 12 month waiting period for pre-existing conditions.

Credit for prior coverage will continue to be given as required by HIPAA.
